Hyderabad: US-based DTCC (Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation), a global financial infrastructure company, opened its new office in the city creating jobs for 500 high-skilled professionals. The company plans to expand its workforce to 2,000 in the coming years.
After inaugurating the office, D Sridhar Babu, IT Minister, Telangana, said: “DTCC’s expansion is a testament to Telangana’s ability to nurture talent and infrastructure.” Highlighting the Corporation’s pledge to prioritise local hiring, the Minister added, “these 500 roles are just the beginning. We are not just creating jobs, we are empowering our youth to master global financial systems, while anchoring growth here at home.”
Amid rising global competition for tech talent, the Minister underscored Hyderabad’s value proposition. “While the city’s software pedigree remains iconic, over 120 companies now deliver advanced financial services worldwide from its soil.
